Venice Mixed-Use Apartment Complex
1503 Venice is a proposed 31-unit apartment complex in Venice, CA. The project is conveniently located to Abbot Kinney, Lincoln and Venice Beach. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2019. The community will feature luxury studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments with subterranean parking, and a rooftop lounge that will include a BBQ and dining area, along with a residential garden.

The Barker is a proposed modern, 54-unit mixed-use apartment complex in West Los Angeles. The project will be adjacent to the Roy and construction is scheduled to begin in 2020. 22 Acre A1 Zoned Development Site
The 22-acre development site is located in the Deer Valley submarket of Phoenix, Arizona. 16 acres of the site were re-entitled for a 296-unit multi-family apartment project which is now under construction. The remainder of the land is in the planning stage for future commercial development.

The Roy is a modern, 92-unit mixed-use apartment complex in West Los Angeles. The project was completed in December of 2018 and features studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments, in addition to ground floor retail, underground parking, and luxury amenities like a roof deck with BBQ, community lounge, and gym.

Climatec Headquarters
Phoenix Office with Land for Development
The 145,000 SF class A flex office and warehouse campus currently serves as the corporate headquarters for Climatec which was recently acquired by Bosch GmbH. The modern facility underwent a $6M+ renovation in 2009 and features space suitable for office, warehouse or showroom uses. The 9.57 acre property includes an additional 6.65 acres of land for future expansion.

Two former Smart & Final locations were repurposed and leased out as retail/warehouse spaces. One site located in Redding, CA, featuring 21,000 SF retail space on a 1.02 acre lot was sold in 2018. The second site, located in Downtown Los Angeles features an 8,000 SF warehouse space on a 19,740 SF lot with central access to the 5 & 110 freeways is currently leased.
